Spotlight Practitioner 1st Quarter 2014

Courtney has been a massage therapist for over 15 years. She received her training at Florida’s Therapeutic Massage School in Pensacola, FL. Courtney has also held licenses and worked in Alabama and Mississippi. Whether it is a massage designed for stress reduction, pain relief, increased range of motion or ultimate relaxation, she believes in using many different techniques in every session rather than a certain massage type. Courtney lives in Lakeland, TN with her husband and two sons. She is currently excited to take a Vedic Thai class at the end of April at Delta Groove Yoga. “I believe the best thing a therapist can do is stay excited about learning and always be open to new ideas and training to better assist in our clients’ healing!”
