Spotlight Practitioner 2nd Quarter 2014

ImageGary has been a massage therapist for 17 years, after completing training at the Massage Institute of Memphis.  He combines Swedish, deep tissue, trigger-point, and CranioSacral modalities for a relaxing and thorough approach to a clients’ session.  Gary earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree form the University of Memphis in 1986. After 10 years in International Marketing, Gary decided it was time to make a career change that would feed his soul and fulfill a desire to work one-on-one with people who were looking for a holistic approach to health and wellness.  “A career in Massage Therapy has been the most wonderful journey, every step of the way.  I look forward to each and every day, and receive immense rewards when a client follows a path to better health”.  A devoted yogi, Gary practices hot yoga every other day, and loves to travel, especially to Greers Ferry lake, where his family has a place.  He opened Oak Court Massage, a private studio, 13 years ago in the heart of East Memphis.
