Course Descriptions
Herbal Pedi Techniques – The pedi herb infused oil will relax that tired muscles of the feet and stimulate the senses. Learn how to assemble an herb blend formulated for pedi massage and apply pedi herb infused oil to a soothing foot massage.
Thai on the Table – Use your hands, forearms, elbows, feet and knees to perform a hip opening Thai massage sequence for the table. Receiver remains clothed. Draping techniques are discussed for easy integration into your current routine.
TN Massage Law – Tennessee massage law is a required continuing education course for all Tennessee massage therapists to stay current on Tennessee massage laws and rules. Identify how Tennessee massage laws and rules apply to the practice of massage.
Ethics through the Chakras – Take a fresh new look at ethics through the lens of the eastern chakra system. No previous knowledge required to enjoy the class.

Charlene Gaffney, LMT, BCTMB, M.A. is the founder and lead educator for Elevate Massage Training. She has 14+ years of teaching experience in the field of massage therapy. Charlene’s goal as an educator is to create engaging learning environments
that inspire continuous learning and growth. She helps her students infuse their healing arts practice with focus and creativity. She specializes in ashiatsu and Thai massage.
Dee Vickers, LMT, BCTMB, M.ED. is a board certified massage therapist, the former Director of Gould’s Academy of Massage, Nationally Approved Massage and Bodywork continuing education provider, and the owner and lead educator for Massage CE Education. She has been a professional educator for over twenty years and combing her passion for education and massage for over ten years. Her clinical specialty in private practice is TMJ disorder massage, fertility and pregnancy massage, and rehabilitative bodywork.
Ray Rico – owns and operates Ray Rico Freelance in Memphis, TN since 2007, growing the company into a full service marketing agency. Prior to professionally freelancing and later opening his own marketing firm Ray Rico worked for over fifteen years in print-publications. He is an expert in print production with a specialized background in prepress and digital media.
